With over 35 years experience of specialty Indian cuisine and Thai, Chinese and Mongolian fusion cooking, the catering tradition that has graced the Arabian Desert with its signature Royal Orchid restaurants in Abu Dhabi, Dubai Marina, and Abu Dhabi Hilton now lights up the American Desert Southwest with its foray into Mediterranean cooking.
